Angela Darchuk is the energetic and impassioned Business Services Director for KAI Partners. Business Services Division is made up of; Human Resources, Recruiting, Procurement, and Finance. Known for her strong spirit, opinions, and challenging expectations, Angela encourages and guides her team with a spirit of excellence and continuous improvement to better serve clients both internally as well as externally.

Since joining KAI Partners in 2013, Angela has been instrumental in partnering with the CEO to grow the company from the early days of 3 employees to its current state of over 60. With over 25 years of experience in Administration and Operations Management, her contributions to KAIP have been impressive.

Angela received an Operational Development Psychology degree from Penn State University. She has worked in several industries including retail, building development, real estate rental management, and State Treasury Securities. As KAIP has been on a steady growth path Angela has focused on strengthening her skills in Organizational Development and Transformation.

Angela and her husband are new to empty nesting and reside happily in Sacramento Ca.
