David Kendall is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KAI Partners. Founded in 2003, KAIP has been flourishing ever since, growing to meet the increasing customer demands of a post pandemic world. Headquarted in Roseville, California, KAIP supports over 60 employees across the U.S. with clients in California, Washington, New York, and Hawaii.

David is a focused, results-driven CEO with a passion for servant leadership. He started the company with 30 years of experience in leading people and project teams, implementing enterprise-wide solutions, and administering information technology solutions, program management-planning, procurement, operations, and regulatory compliance. David has held various leadership and consulting positions across multiple departments and agencies in both state and local government and within the health and human services industry.

As an owner-operator, David has a unique perspective on what it takes to run a business influencing impassioned employees and servicing demanding customers that need an expert level of business acumen and operational know-how. David is instrumental in ensuring that all employees of KAIP support and deliver effective solutions through partnerships with all customers.

In addition to running a thriving company and delivering exceptional services to customers, David is also a veteran of the USAF, having spent nine years stationed in stateside and western European locations. David likes to spend his free time in the tranquility of a golf course, and growing vegetables in his home garden. Currently, David and his wife Catherine are empty nesters residing in Roseville, California.
