Best of Both Worlds

KAIP employees enjoy the best of both worlds through our hybrid work environment. Staff near our Sacramento, CA office can build workplace connections through sharing office space and participating in community events, while our Southern California staff enjoy a similar connection through quarterly meetups. At the same time, the option to work remotely makes work more accessible for employees and enables us to accommodate the unique needs of employees and clients alike.

For example, remote work provides an opportunity to source from a wider talent pool. Currently, we have staff in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, Kentucky, Colorado, Texas, and Utah.

Build Community

Community involvement is a core tenet of KAI Partners’ (KAIP) Strategic Plan.

Through our KAIP Community Involvement program, led by an ever-ready, can-do committee, staff have the opportunity to volunteer, attend events, donate to causes, and suggest new charity areas to focus on—regardless of their location.

Nearly all of our support comes from all-in efforts, including sponsorship, volunteering, and donations. KAIP Community Involvement has recently focused on the following amazing programs:

Stand Up Placer
Single Mom Strong
Holiday Baskets for Sacramento County Families in Need, and
AniMeals, a Meals on Wheels program that provides pet food to seniors’ pets in need. We are particularly proud of this year’s support: A donation of over 1,300 pounds of pet food, coming from a well-coordinated combined effort of our Sacramento and remote staff.

Grow as a Leader

As a small business with a highly dynamic leadership team that practices a “service before self” philosophy, employees’ voices and efforts impact every facet of our operations. With that in mind, we invest in and develop our staff through training, mentoring, and experiences to help them grow. Even better—all of our new employees will work closely with seasoned experts with extensive experience and deep knowledge in their areas of expertise to assure quality and standardization.

Through KAI Partners’ Internal Initiatives, staff can work with other KAIP staff outside their knowledge base, division, or unit. Through this high-touch collaborative experience, there are endless opportunities for growth within a career path and at the company.
