Service Delivery Director
Robert Stroud is a high energy, lighthearted and focused Service Delivery Director responsible for ensuring quality and successful delivery to KAIP’s customers. As Service Delivery Director, Robert is focused on bringing applications and business processes together and delivering them as a solution, leveraging resources, data, and technology.
He is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP® ) with over 20 years of experience in leadership and workforce development and program/project management in California State government. Throughout the course of 28 years in government service, Robert has worked in various departments and commissions, including a constitutional office and an agency-level department; serving in three executive appointments.
Robert has extensive experience leading project teams with multiple geographic business locations, and a variety of project stakeholders (e.g., private and public sector, non-profit, State and local elected officials, the government-appointed board members, government commissioners, and public appointees). As an executive leader, he has led significant organizational change both in policy and process, business re-engineering, policy development, and program implementation and evaluation.
As a leader, he believes in lifting and inspiring those around him and has a commitment to continuously learning. He promotes a strong sense of inclusion, promotes diversity in perspectives, and leads efforts to bring about positive contributions to his community.
Robert Stroud graduated from the University of California at Davis with a bachelor’s degree in English and a bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and Communications. He is a father of five successful children, is a proud grandfather, and currently resides in Elk Grove, California.
