At KAIP, Angela leads enterprise-wide efforts to simplify, standardize, and scale internal systems and workflows. With more than 15 years of experience driving organizational transformation, she brings a strategic and systems-oriented approach to process improvement, team development, and scalable operations. As COO, Angela works to create clarity, reduce complexity, and improve execution across all levels of the organization.
As KAIP's cultural steward, Angela ensures that the company grows not just in size but in alignment, integrity, and impact. In this role, she focuses on embedding KAIP’s Guiding Principles throughout the employee lifecycle journey. Angela leads the effort to cultivate a resilient, purpose-driven workforce committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and service, as well as a high-trust, high-performance culture where individuals are empowered, aligned, and equipped to deliver measurable results.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys all things Disney and lives by the motto, “If you can dream it, you can do it.” She loves antiquing with her husband and cruising in their 1953 Chevy Bel Air. Angela is also a proud mom of two adult sons pursuing their dream careers as a pilot and firefighter.
