David Kendall is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KAI Partners. He is a focused, results-driven CEO with a passion for servant leadership. Before he founded KAIP in 2003, David spent 30 years leading project teams to provide enterprise-wide solutions in program management, information technology, procurement, operations, and regulatory compliance. He has held various leadership and consulting positions across multiple departments and agencies in state and local government and within the health and human services industry. As owner-operator, David has worn many hats at KAIP and acquired a comprehensive perspective that takes in all the company’s business operations, from organizational leadership, employee support, and operational know-how to service delivery, product development, and customer satisfaction. And whatever hat he wears, David provides consistent leadership to ensure that all KAIP employees partner creatively with our customers to deliver effective solutions to their business needs. David is a veteran of the United States Air Force, having spent a combined nine years stateside and stationed in Western Europe. When he can get away, David enjoys putting on a tranquil golf course and puttering in his home vegetable garden. David and his wife Catherine currently occupy an empty nest in Roseville, California.
