Robert Murray Stroud is KAIP’s high-energy, optimistic Service Delivery Director responsible for ensuring that our customers receive quality service delivery throughout all phases of our client partnership. He leverages resources, data, and technology to generate effective solutions that harness efficient business processes, targeted business applications, and skilled personnel.
Robert is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP®) and certified scrum master (CSM Scrum Alliance®) with over 25 years of leadership experience in workforce development, program management, program administration, and project management in the California State government. Throughout his nearly 30 years in government service, Robert has served three executive appointments and worked in various departments and commissions, including a constitutional office and an agency-level department.
Robert has extensive experience leading project teams at multiple locations and engaging various stakeholders and public partners, including public and private sector, non-profit, state and local elected officials, government-appointed board members, government commissioners, and public appointees. As an executive, Robert has led significant efforts in organizational change, business reengineering, policy development, government oversight and auditing, program implementation, and program evaluation (including government budgeting, state and local policy and process improvement).
As a leader, Robert endeavors to lift and inspire those around him with patient guidance and constructive reinforcement; and as a service leader, he promotes inclusion, diverse perspectives, and continuous learning, along with a strong commitment to enact positive change in his community.
Robert graduated from UC Davis with a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communications. He is a doting grandfather, husband, and proud father of five successful children. He currently resides in Elk Grove, California.
