Simplify buying through DIR

The Texas DIR Cooperative Contracts program helps Texas state agencies, local governments, and higher education institutions procure deliverables-based IT services efficiently across flexible categories. Customers can select from an approved vendor list by issuing a competitive Statement of Work (SOW) or, when permitted, contracting directly with an awarded vendor.
