Life at KAIP
Best of Both Worlds

KAIP employees enjoy the best of both worlds through our varied and hybrid workplace situations. Staff near our Roseville, CA office can build connections with fellow employees by sharing office space and participating in community events, while our Southern California staff enjoy a similar connection through regular meetups. Additionally, the option to work remotely helps accommodate the unique needs of employees and clients alike. Remote work also provides an opportunity for KAIP to source from a wider talent pool. Currently, we have staff in Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming.

Build Community

Community involvement is a core tenet of KAIP’s strategic plan. KAIP’s Community Involvement program, led by an enthusiastic, can-do planning committee, provides the opportunity for staff to volunteer, attend events, donate to causes, and suggest new charities, regardless of their location.

Nearly all of our support comes from all-in efforts, including sponsorship, volunteering, and donations. KAIP Community Involvement has recently focused on the following amazing programs:

Stand Up Placer
Single Mom Strong
Holiday Baskets for Sacramento County Families in Need
AniMeals, a Meals on Wheels program that provides pet food to seniors' pets in need. We are particularly proud of this year's support: A donation of over 1,300 pounds of pet food, coming from a well-coordinated combined effort of our Sacramento and remote staff.

Grow as a Leader

As a small business with a highly dynamic leadership team that practices and instills a “service before self” philosophy, employees are given every opportunity to lend their voice and efforts to improve every facet of KAIP’s operations. And to better promote that shared participation, we train and mentor staff to help them grow in their roles and more comprehensively understand how KAIP functions as an organization. Accordingly, all new employees work closely with seasoned experts with extensive experience and deep area knowledge to assure quality and aid standardization.

Through KAIP’s internal initiatives, employees are encouraged to work with other KAIP staff outside their knowledge base, division, or unit. This high-touch, collaborative experience offers endless opportunities for growth both within a designated career path and in the company at large.

Expand Your Repertoire

KAI Partners supports the lifelong learning of its staff and provides numerous opportunities for training and acquiring certifications. You can control how you grow in your career by building your knowledge base and joining collaborative efforts with others across customer relationships and divisions.
